Get Avogadro

The latest and greatest release of Avogadro is Avogadro 1.2.0 as of 15 June, 2016, and release notes are available.

The Avogadro 2 code is a complete rewrite, and can be downloaded here. Avogadro 1 and 2 install to different locations, and can be installed on the same system without issues.
